Franklin Savings Bank is seeking a talented professional to manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio across Western Maine, serving communities including, but not limited to, Farmington, Rumford, Rangeley, and Carrabassett Valley. This unique, hybrid position allows you to work independently while being part of a supportive, high-performing team.

The successful candidate will:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients
- Work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio with confidence and expertise
- Identify risk and manage growth within commercial policy guidelines
- Several years of experience in commercial banking, with portfolio management experience preferred
- Familiarity with the Western Maine market is a strong plus
- Strong commitment to customer service and business development

- This is a hybrid position that requires regular travel throughout Western Maine with flexibility including remote work.
