The Position

We are currently seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team  the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial health and strategic direction. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including planning, reporting, risk management, and capital structure decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive sustainable growth, optimize profitability, and ensure fiscal responsibility across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations functions.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts that align with the company's long‑term strategic goals.
  • Oversee the preparation of all financial reports, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Manage corporate cash flow, capital expenditures, debt structure, and working capital to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks, implementing controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and other executive leaders, providing data‑driven insights to support major business decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives.
  • Drive continuous process improvement within the finance department to enhance efficiency, leveraging best‑in‑class financial technologies and systems.
  • Present financial performance, trends, and forecasts to the Board of Directors and executive team.
  • Manage transfer pricing arrangements.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, and legal counsel.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a CFO or VP of Finance role, preferably within Professional Services, Staffing, or Recruiting, operating in an international environment.
  • Proven track record of driving significant financial performance improvements.
  • Managed successful capital raising, M&A (buy‑and sell‑side) transactions and integrations.
  • A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred; a CPA or equivalent financial certification is required.
  • Experience with private equity‑back companies.
  • Deep expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, modeling and GAAP/IFRS.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience leading, mentoring and developing high‑performing, global finance and accounting teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to executive leadership and the Board.
  • Proven ability to manage risk and navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Proficiency in modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) and advanced financial modeling tools; experience with ERP implementations.
  • Experience with internal control implementation (e.g., SOX).
