Junior Risk & Data Analyst – Banking

• Assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support risk mitigation strategies.

• Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across multiple data sources.

• Identify anomalies or potential risk exposures and elevate them appropriately.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.

• Understanding of basic risk management principles and banking operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, risk management, or banking operations.

• Internship or project experience in financial data analysis is highly desirable.

• Standard office hours with flexibility based on project deadlines (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
