Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our global remote team. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct financial analysis and develop forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Analyze key financial metrics, variances, and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor budgets, expenditures, and performance indicators.
Perform financial modeling to assess investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and project feasibility.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance and cost efficiency.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
Support the preparation of management presentations and financial summaries.
Maintain and update financial databases and dashboards using advanced Excel and analytical tools.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar financial analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Sound understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.
Prior exposure to corporate finance, investment analysis, or financial planning is an advantage.
Flexible working schedule with core collaboration hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT/Local Time Zone).
Full-time remote position with autonomy to manage work within project deadlines.
Deep knowledge of financial reporting, data interpretation, and cost analysis.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books) is desirable.
