• Provide technical expertise in complex actuarial analyses and methodologies
• Drive innovation and problem-solving initiatives within the team
• Develop code-based solutions to enhance actuarial processes
• Build strategic business relationships and identify skill gaps among team members
• Prepare and present actuarial findings suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science, a similar quantitative field
• Generally, six or more years of actuarial experience
• Strong knowledge of actuarial business functions and statistical methods of analysis
• Proficiency in programming languages and analytical software
• ACAS designation or working towards FCAS

• Actuarial knowledge and experience specifically in commercial lines
• Ability to mentor junior actuaries and contribute to team development
• Experience with data manipulation, querying, and familiarity with Databricks
• Strong communication skills
