If you walk into a room and instantly know everyone’s name, you’re a natural-born relationship builder and lead-generating machine. We’re looking for charismatic, outgoing hustlers with massive spheres of influence who can source their own leads and close deals.

Our team provides total support to help you close leads seven days a week, including nights and weekends. This is a remote position with strong earning potential.

You’ll source your own leads, reach out to prospects, and work to close loans. You may need to exceed typical activity levels (e.g., 15 calls a day, rising to 30–100 calls; visiting open houses as needed) to achieve goals. The Loan Officers grind beyond banking hours, with a focus on performance.

Operate within a high-energy, fast-paced environment and leverage your network to originate more loans. Our team has your back with guidance to help you succeed.
