• Teach file structuring and educate like a boss

I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. And now, I need a back-end WARRIOR. Your mission? When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting — especially for our 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days.

I’m grinding 7 days a week, 12-15 hours a day. If you’re not scared of hard work and have the skills, let’s TALK.

Think you can handle it?

This is a remote position.

• Structure and support loan files and pipelines
• Coach and mentor new LOs
• Lead by example in lead generation and relationships

• Experience as an Experienced Loan Officer with relevant skills
• Strong knowledge of DU/LP, Gov, Non-QM, and Conventional products
• Familiarity with Fannie/Freddie guidelines
• Proven leadership and teach-back ability
