Real Estate Investment Associate
Data Annotation is inviting applicants for the Real Estate Investment Associate position. You will train AI models and evaluate their output, improving the quality of each model by setting challenging problems and assessing their responses.
Requirements:
Expert-level financial reasoning. Related fields include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.
- Full‑time or part‑time remote position.
- Choose projects you want to work on with a flexible schedule.
- Hourly pay of $50–$60 USD per hour plus bonuses for high‑quality work.
- Provide AI chatbots with diverse, complex problems and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the quality, correctness, and performance of AI model generated content.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
- Detail‑oriented.
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related finance reasoning exercises.
- Currently pursuing, or has completed, a Masters or Ph.D. (preferred but not required).
Payment is made via Pay Pal. The role is an independent contract position, available only to applicants located in the United States.
