We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Associate to join our team and train AI models. In this role you will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
- Assess the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related reasoning exercises for finance management
- Preferred or required master’s and/or PhD in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (not mandatory)
Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask you for money upfront. This is an independent contract position.
