Overview:

We are looking for an Equity Research Analyst to join our team to train AI models. Your work will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to improve the quality of each model. You should hold an expert level of financial reasoning, with experience in Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning.

• Full-time or part-time remote position
• Choose which projects to work on
• Work on your own schedule
• Hourly compensation starting at $50–$60 USD, with bonuses for high-quality high-volume work

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related finance reasoning exercises
• Current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required

Payment is made via Pay Pal. This is an independent contract position. Only applicants in the United States will be considered.
