Director of Accounting – Data Annotation

We are looking for a Director of Accounting to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. This role requires an expert level of financial reasoning. Other related fields include financial accounting, investment banking, wealth management, and insurance planning.

• Full-time or part-time remote position
• Choose projects and work on your own schedule
• Hourly rate $50–$60 USD, with bonuses for high-quality, high-volume work

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other finance management reasoning exercises
• Masters and/or PhD in progress or completed preferred but not required

Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask for any money from you. Pay Pal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
