We are looking for a Private Equity Associate to join our team. You will train AI models, measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. Expertise in financial reasoning is required, with related experience in Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning.

• Full‑time or part‑time remote position.
• Choose projects and work on your own schedule.
• Paid hourly ($50–$60 USD) with bonuses for high‑quality, high‑volume work.

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Detail‑oriented.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other finance‑related reasoning exercises.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Masters or PhD preferred but not required.
