• Responsibilities include managing client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
• Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback to team members after engagements conclude.
• Anticipate and address client concerns; resolve problems as they arise.
• Promote new ideas and business solutions that expand services to existing clients and grow expertise.
• Continue learning the latest developments and the firm s standards and policies.
• Stay informed on industry developments and their effects on clients  competitive position.

• 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience in external audit with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, & Fintech clients.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting/auditing skills to work efficiently with multiple engagements and teams.
• Professional interaction with clients, prospects, staff at all levels, and colleagues.
• Ability to multi-task across planning, execution, and wrap‑up of engagements.
• Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on assigned tasks.
• Licensed CPA in the aligned home office state or able to obtain a reciprocal license.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

The wage range for this role is estimated at $81,000.00 – $ per year, with compensation decisions based on factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Geographic differential may apply.
