• Ensure case accuracy and assemble case documentation
• Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer
• Provide timely solutions through various communication methods while maintaining a positive attitude
• Assist in the overall vehicle return process to ensure a hassle-free experience for customers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience in roles such as call center, retail, or hospitality
• Strong attention to detail and computer navigation skills
• Availability to work shifts within the operational hours from Monday to Friday
• Reliable adherence to the scheduled work shifts

• Prior experience in banking, mortgages, accounting, or automotive dealership
• College degree
