Customer Service Rep
Sunny Sky Products prides itself on our commitment and dedication to creating, manufacturing and delivering top quality products in the beverage industry. We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers.
This position will be responsible for coordinating the service activities for Sunny Sky Products customers in the service network. The role requires creating service work orders in SAP, dispatching work orders to service providers and/or internal technicians, processing equipment requests from sales in SAP, maintaining and updating the install schedule, tracking all service calls and call closure in SAP, calling customers with updates and maintaining Sunny Sky Products Loan Agreements in a centralized digital filing system.
Hours- Full time
- Monday‑Friday from 8AM‑5PM
- $16.00‑$18.00 per hour based on experience.
Up to $500.

- Independent work and self‑starter attitude
- Coordinate daily requirements and meet deadlines
- Create new customer accounts in the service operations database (SAP)
- Update customer information in SAP
- Create service work orders in SAP
- Dispatch technicians to appropriate service work orders
- Communicate with customers, service managers, service providers, service technicians
- Communicate with sales and service directors and sales people
- Verify customers are ready for install and product is on site
- Process equipment requests in SAP
- Run service reports and distribute to team when needed
- Update Equipment Request Report and Install Report accurately and timely
- Process all Loan Agreements
- Maintain the centralized file system for service operations documents
- Maintain a neat and organized work environment
- Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA standards and promoting safe lifting and moving materials.
- High school diploma or GED
- Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to manipulate data
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Able to be on call at least 1 weekend per month
