Compliance Analyst, Trading

• Manage compliance related to sports trading, including maintaining records and communicating requirements to trading teams
• Support the tracking of approved league/event entries and maintain House Rules for online and retail operations
• Analyze and distribute regulatory requirements for new jurisdictions in support of state launches
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trading compliance matters in assigned jurisdictions, interfacing with regulators
• Monitor updates to online sports wagering regulations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in gaming compliance, preferably in sports wagering
• Experience in report writing and document management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook

• Online or land-based casino/sports wagering experience
• Experience in incident management and reviewing regulatory requirements
• Internal control or audit experience
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
