Our client, a leader in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking an Influence Program Manager – Gaming Solutions to join their Social & Influencer team. This role supports creator campaigns, influencer activations, and community-driven marketing initiatives for a major, globally recognized gaming franchise. the Role

As an Influencer Program Manager, you will help plan, execute, and optimize creator activations tied to game launches, seasonal beats, cultural moments, and broader brand initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless content delivery, exceptional communication, and impactful campaign performance. This is a highly cross‑functional, creative role with strong ownership, visibility, and the ability to directly influence community engagement at scale.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of influencer campaigns across major franchise milestones and brand activations.
  • Translate marketing priorities into clear creator briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage daily creator operations, including outreach, contracting, scheduling, tracking, and approvals.
  • Coordinate logistics around content creation, asset delivery, and launch deadlines.
Creator & Community Engagement
  • Stay current on gaming creators, trends, and community engagement across You Tube, Twitch, Tik Tok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify and recommend creators—top‑tier and rising talent—based on campaign objectives and brand fit.
  • Support creator involvement in community moments, multiplayer events, live activations, and special initiatives.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Social, Marketing, Creative, Legal, and external agencies to ensure aligned execution.
  • Communicate updates, expectations, and timelines clearly to all stakeholders.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance using platform metrics and internal dashboards.
  • Prepare detailed recaps with insights and recommendations for future optimizations.
  • Turn raw data into clear, actionable takeaways.
Qualifications Required
  • 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry (publisher, studio, esports, gaming agency, or content platform).
  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent‑driven campaigns.
  • 3–5 years of analytical experience with the ability to interpret KPIs and convert insights into recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of You Tube, Twitch, Tik Tok, and Instagram creator ecosystems.
  • Experience managing multiple creators, deadlines, and work streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience drafting briefs, outreach, and campaign documentation.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, thriving in fast‑paced environments.
Preferred
  • Experience working directly with gaming creators and communities.
  • Knowledge of creative workflows, brand safety, and content approval processes.
  • Familiarity with influencer CRM tools and operational systems (Office 365, creator management platforms).
  • Understanding of sandbox, family‑friendly, or community‑driven game genres.
