Music Director; Part Time - Remote

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Music, Broadcasting, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in roles such as Music Director, DJ, Band Leader, Sound Engineer, or Entertainment Supervisor.
• Hands‑on experience handling live band performances, DJ sets, and acoustic sessions.
• Strong musical knowledge across multiple genres, including Pop, Jazz, R&B, EDM, Funk, Hip Hop, Indie, Top 40, and Chill Lounge.
• Up-to-date with current music trends, including Tik Tok viral tracks, Spotify charts, and the South Jakarta (Jaksel) lifestyle market.
• Strong curatorial skills with the ability to align music programming with brand identity and audience profile.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills in managing performers, DJs, and technical teams.
• Strong sense of crowd‑reading & vibe setting.
• Ability to adapt music programming to operational flow (daytime → dinner → late night transition).
