The Express Service Advisor initiates automotive quick lube services following requests from customers. Discusses the inspection provided and tire rotation recommendations with customers.

This position is not ‘remote work’ capable and requires punctual, consistent, and regular attendance for all scheduled shifts. Missed work affects the day‑to‑day operations of the company. This in turn negatively impacts fellow employees through lowered morale and / or lost income opportunities.

• Acts as a goodwill ambassador for the dealership by promoting professionalism and displaying excellent customer satisfaction skills.
• Advises customers about necessary lube service for routine maintenance.
• Confers with customers about inspection results, recommends corrective procedures, and prepares work order for needed repairs if any.
• Prepare repair orders on all express service requests.
• Explains the work performed and the charges to the customer.
• Handles customer complaints.
• Performs all duties in a safe manner following all company safety guidelines and policies.
• Performs other duties as requested or required.

Express Service Advisor experience preferred. Good communication skills, multi‑tasking skills and computer skills a must. High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Must have a good driving record.

Must be able to move about the complex in all weather conditions and be able to enter and exit most types of vehicles.
