Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a Gambling Manager – AI Trainer, using your hands‑on expertise in casino operations to train next‑generation AI systems. In this remote role, you will translate real‑world casino knowledge into actionable insights, ensuring AI systems accurately reflect gaming protocols, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and provide detailed feedback to AI systems on casino operations, house rules, and customer interactions.
  • Translate real‑world gambling scenarios into datasets for machine learning models.
  • Review, annotate, and evaluate AI outputs to ensure fairness, accuracy, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Document casino processes such as payout procedures, betting limits, security measures, and table management.
  • Develop scenario‑based training materials for AI systems in gambling management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to optimize AI performance based on operational insights.
  • Promote responsible gaming and ethical AI usage in all processes.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Gambling Manager, Casino Manager, Table Games Manager, Pit Manager, Slot Manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of casino operations, house rules, security protocols, and money tracking.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, including customer conflict resolution and detection of cheating patterns.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in staff management, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to document and explain processes clearly.
  • Self‑motivated and adaptable, capable of working effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with AI, machine learning models, or data annotation tools.
  • Background in coaching, mentoring, or training within a casino setting.
  • Knowledge of gaming compliance regulations and responsible gaming programs.
