As a Senior Game Artist , you'll play a key role in maintaining the visual quality of our titles. You will create high-quality 2D game art assets, contribute to concept art, and collaborate closely with game designers and engineers to ensure that the visuals align with gameplay and technical requirements. An understanding of 3D art and animation experience would be a valuable addition.
What You'll Do:
Create high-quality 2D game art assets including UI elements, characters, environments, props, and illustrations
Contribute to concept art, mood boards, style frames, and visual references to support art direction
Maintain visual consistency by following and evolving established art styles and guidelines
Collaborate with game designers, engineers, and product teams to align visuals with gameplay, UX, and technical constraints
Optimize assets for mobile performance (texture sizes, memory usage, draw calls, resolution scaling)
Prepare and implement assets efficiently into game engines (Unity/Unreal)
Review art assets and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality standards
Assist in creating marketing and presentation visuals when required
Stay updated on industry trends, visual styles, tools, and workflows
Must-Haves:
4+ years of professional experience as a Game Artist (preferably mobile or casual/hybrid-casual games)
Strong 2D art and illustration skills with a solid understanding of game production pipelines
Excellent command of Photoshop (or equivalent 2D tools)
Solid understanding of art fundamentals: color theory, lighting, composition, anatomy, and perspective
Experience working on at least three published games
Ability to balance visual quality with performance constraints
Strong portfolio showcasing polished assets and concept-to-final execution
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with asset management workflows
Experience collaborating with UI/UX or VFX teams
Working knowledge of 3D art tools (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, etc.)
Experience with 2D or 3D animation tools (Spine, After Effects, Unity animation, Maya, etc.)
Basic understanding of VFX or shaders
