• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-oriented role
• Ability to obtain a MI Gaming License and pass a pre-employment background check
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable work ethic

• Previous experience in a live presentation or entertainment role
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to dynamic environments
• Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role
