Role OverviewAs a 3D Game Designer / 3D Modeler (Roblox), you’ll work on real game projects
, creating and refining 3D assets and environments that are actively used in live Roblox experiences.
You’ll collaborate with developers and game leads to ensure your work is not only visually strong, but also optimised, playable, and aligned with gameplay goals
.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and learning-driven. You’ll be trusted with responsibility early and supported with training, feedback, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities- Create 3D models, props, and environments using Blender or similar tools
- Import, optimise, and implement assets in Roblox Studio
- Design environments that support gameplay flow, exploration, and retention
- Optimise meshes, textures, and materials for Roblox performance
- Collaborate with developers to ensure assets support gameplay mechanics
- Iterate based on play testing, feedback, and performance constraints
- Maintain visual consistency across games and updates
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of live Roblox games
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Experience with Blender or similar 3D modelling software
- Hands-on experience using Roblox Studio
- Understanding of game-ready asset creation and optimisation
- Knowledge of 3D space, scale, lighting, and player navigation
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Portfolio of 3D models or environments (Roblox work strongly encouraged)
A Computer Science degree is not required. Practical ability matters more than formal credentials.
