Remote OCCC Reporting Analyst (Biotech)At Orkin, our purpose is to help protect the world where we live, work and play. We have a FAST PACED
, fully remote National Customer Contact Center with dedicated inbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service, and termite billing/claims teams.
Our Report Analysts are key to supporting our sales team through growth strategies. Our analysts will gather and analyze data to guide decision making and improve performance. Successful call center, sales and business analyst skills must be combined with the ability to communicate and work effectively across a broad range of departments and employees to include sales/customer service agents, call center leadership, technology partners, and other business partners as necessary.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated recurring visualization reports that support operational and performance statistics
- Communicate tangible recommendations to increase sales or improve other business goals
- Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
- Document report logic, metric definitions, and data lineage to support transparency and reuse
- Work under minimum supervision and in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure and on several tasks at the same time
- Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position

What's required
- High School/GED
- 1 – 2 years' experience as a data or reporting analyst; experience working with large datasets from multiple source systems
- Proficiency in data and BI tools including Excel, SQL and Power BI or similar

- Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
- A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
- Minimum of 100 mbps upload and 50 mbps download, high speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
