Job Description:

Shift
:
Friday - Sunday; 6AM - 6:30PM

Flex
: 4 hours must be completed Mondays or Tuesdays

Pay Rate
: $24/Hr + $1.50 Shift Differential

Job Summary:

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department; supports payroll functions, schedules appointments/interviews; logs and tracks applicants; helps with recruitment; assists in new hire orientations, acts as liaison with union and Home Office, processes invoices; maintains HR files; special projects as assigned. Duties include but are not limited to data entry, file maintenance, translation, and other duties as assigned.

• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Prior Human Resources experience.
• 1-3 yrs. administrative/business experience.
• Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Demonstrated ability to respond/work effectively in rapidly changing environment.
• Able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)

This position has a starting pay range of $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
