We are now seeking a Director Strategic Projects (m/f/d) to spearhead gaming initiatives across the group and drive business development forward.

• Establish contact with key gaming publishers.
• Stay up to date with gaming industry trends to attract and retain top clients.
• Lead initiatives for group synergies.
• Lead cooperation with Gersh in Los Angeles and You First in Madrid.
• Develop comprehensive pitches for gaming clients.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing projects.
• Excellent communication abilities, both interpersonal and in pitches.
• High attention to detail.
• Passion for gaming.
