We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager (Gaming) with 12+ years of delivery experience and strong exposure to gaming/interactive entertainment. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, design, art, QA, and production, owning delivery from early planning through release while balancing creative iteration with structured execution.

• Drive end-to-end delivery from planning and execution through launch and post‑release support
• Build and manage integrated plans: milestones, sprints, resourcing, capacity, and critical path
• Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and change control with transparency
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure sprint goals and deliverables are achieved
• Remove blockers, align dependencies, and coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams
• Deliver executive‑ready reporting: dashboards, status updates, risk/issue tracking, action plans
• Improve processes to increase predictability, efficiency, and quality
• Manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a hybrid environment

• Gaming/interactive entertainment experience; strong knowledge of the game development lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and risk/problem resolution skills
• 12+ years in Project/Program/Delivery Management
• Hands‑on Agile/Scrum experience; tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project (or similar)

• AAA/console/mobile production experience
• Unity/Unreal workflow familiarity
• PMP/CSM (or equivalent)
• Experience with distributed teams across time zones
