Curative position in an environment requiring focus, with speed and accuracy for reviewing and curing Title Requirements. Along with providing excellent customer service.

• Reviewing legal documents from prepared title commitments to resolve requirements for title clearance for closing
• Communication with internal and external customers on refinance and purchase transactions to obtain information for title clearance
• Responsible for monitoring a pipeline of files, keeping attention to detail and providing detailed notes until title clearance

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in an escrow related field
• Texas escrow experience preferred, but not necessary
• Customer service skills
• Problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
• Strong detail orientation
  
  Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
