Bubu Burst TV is a fun, fast-paced live commerce / streaming channel on Lazada. We focus on engaging, creative content, interactive sessions, and building a loyal community of viewers and customers. We value personality, creativity, and a can-do spirit.

Role & Responsibilities

Host live streaming sessions on Lazada / Bubu Burst TV — product showcases, unboxings, sales drives, Q&A, etc.
Interact with audience in real time — answer comments, respond to viewers, run engagement (polls, giveaways).
Collaborate with content / marketing team to prepare scripts, product briefs, talking points, promotions.
Help with light content planning: propose themes, ideas, formats to boost viewer engagement.
Monitor performance metrics (view count, engagement, conversion) and adapt strategy.
After training, you may host from your home setup (work from home) under scheduled times.

Who We’re Looking For / Requirements

Comfortable speaking on camera, engaging, personable, confident.
Fluent in [specify language(s) you need: e.g. English / Mandarin / Malay / dialects] — depending on your target audience.
Basic familiarity with live commerce, streaming, e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Tech savvy: comfortable with cameras, mics, streaming software, mobile / computer setups.
Reliable internet connection (preferably > 100 Mbps) and basic home studio setup (lighting, microphone).
Self-motivated, proactive, good communication skills.
Able to commit to certain hours / shifts (even part time) reliably after training.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $15-$30/hour
Shifts:

afternoon 11am - 3pm, evenings around 4pm-12am, weekends 10am-8pm
Commission / bonus: performance-based incentives tied to sales / engagement.
Training period: first 5 streams (10 hours) during this you’ll be provided with mentoring / guidance in our office or virtual sessions.
