Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and driven VIP Account Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities- VIP Player Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value players. - Provide personalized service to enhance player satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Serve as the primary contact for our VIP customers.
- Retention & Reactivation:
Proactively engage with VIPs to encourage continued activity and reduce churn. - Identify inactive or “at-risk” high-value players and execute tailored reactivation/retention strategies.
- Create and manage tailored offers and promotions to drive player engagement and increase player.
- Monitor player behavior and performance metrics such as deposit frequency, value, and lifetime spend.
- Use data-driven insights to segment VIP players and prioritize relationship efforts.
- Identify potential new VIPs and facilitate their transition into the VIP program.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Daily analysis of reports on VIP performance, activity trends, and KPI results. - Track and analyze key player metrics to optimize retention efforts.
- Share insights and recommendations with management to improve the overall VIP strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service roles.
- 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry is a must.
- VIP Account Management experience is a must.
- Strong experience in retention, sales, and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated success in growing customer lifetime value.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Experience working with casino brands under a Curacao license.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks in Tier-1 markets.
- Multilingual skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.
