About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Debt Collection Specialist to join our remote team. This is a fast-paced, high-performance role for someone who thrives on hitting targets, negotiating payment plans, and helping recover outstanding balances in a professional, tactful manner.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact customers with outstanding debts via phone, email, and SMS
• Negotiate repayment terms, settlements, and payment plans
• Log call outcomes, update CRM records, and follow up consistently
• Use empathy and professionalism to maintain positive customer relationships
• Hit and exceed weekly KPIs related to contact rate, recovery rate, and call volume

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent, neutral English accent (no heavy regional dialects)
• 1+ year of experience in collections, sales, or outbound calling
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and dialers
• Highly disciplined and self-motivated — this is a remote position
• Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and able to handle objections under pressure
• Work from anywhere — fully remote
• $3,000/month base salary + bonuses for performance
