We are hiring a Junior or Associate level Product Manager with strong game‑design chops. You will plan and execute live events, align goals with Design and Product Direction, tune economies and rewards, and drive clear documentation, playtests, and stakeholder sign‑off. Key Responsibilities- Partner with Product and leadership to define goals, success criteria, and clear decision records
- Maintain and evolve rules, restrictions, and balance lists based on team input and data
- Propose, evaluate, and approve gameplay or systems changes when needed
- Review economy and content using playtest results and player feedback to meet design targets
- Define and tune economies against product and market goals, including reward pacing
- Identify new content or features, translate them into user stories, and prioritize the backlog
- Prepare materials and secure stakeholder sign‑off across Product and Game Design
- Coordinate player‑facing communications with Marketing and Community teams
- Configure and operate live tools to set up test builds and events across environments
- Iterate on features and economies through structured testing and data review
- Manage release readiness, including staging, content lock, and production submissions
- Track outcomes, document learnings, and feed improvements into future roadmaps
- 2+ years in product management for games, with experience in Live Ops and hands‑on systems or economy design
- Proven track record shipping live events or re‑runs and iterating from data and feedback
- Strong game‑design fundamentals across systems, balance, and progression
- Ability to translate goals into clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience defining and tuning economies, rewards, and grind‑vs‑reward pacing
- Comfortable running structured playtests and turning insights into actionable changes
- Skilled at cross‑functional leadership with Design, Engineering, QA, Art, and Marketing
- Excellent written documentation in Confluence or similar and clear asynchronous communication
- Fluency with Jira or similar workflows, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization
- Data literacy with spreadsheets and basic SQL or analytics tools to evaluate KPIs
- Experience preparing stakeholder reviews and securing sign‑off on scope and changes
- Player‑first mindset with strong UX instincts and the ability to reason from player outcomes
- Ability to configure event tooling or similar live‑ops pipelines across Dev, Staging, and Prod
- Experience on a collectible, card, or ban‑list driven game or competitive modes
- A/B testing or experimental design experience for balance and economy changes
- Monetization design familiarity and sensitivity to player trust
- Comfort coordinating player‑facing comms with Marketing or Community
- Portfolio or samples that show design docs, change logs, and outcome metrics
- Strong and enthusiastic team – knowledge sharing, learning, and professional self‑development opportunities
