We are seeking a professional and motivated Model and Talent Booker for a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Model and Talent Booker will coordinate the recruitment and scheduling of models and talent for various client projects. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, matching talent to projects, managing contracts and bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between all involved parties to meet deadlines and expectations.

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and talent.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in talent acquisition, booking, and coordinating within the entertainment or modeling industry.
• Proficiency in administrative work, including managing contracts, schedules, and workflow processes.
• Knowledge of industry trends, client relations, and marketing strategies specific to the modeling and entertainment industry.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
