Livestream Show Producer
Miami, Florida Remote Position
Remote Position
Live Broadcast / Sports / TV News / Technical Operations
Full Time
We run a live trading and entertainment show. Until now, we've streamed on Discord, but we're moving up to a full You Tube production with a professional setup. We're looking for someone to lead the entire production and help us shift from simple Discord streams to a polished live show and run it daily. This job is hands-on and you’ll be live with us for every session.
Responsibilities- Lead the production as we move from Discord streams to a polished live You Tube show and run it daily.
- During streams, manage the tech, run the greenroom, switch scenes, bring guests on and off, and keep everything running smoothly. If something breaks, you fix it; if a guest needs help, you’ve already prepared them.
- Be live for every session, handling scene switches, overlays, transitions, and timing; troubleshoot in real time.
- Manage the greenroom and coordinate guest on/off screen; prep guests before going live.
- Post-show tasks include ensuring the live upload to You Tube is correct; clips and highlight workflows will be added as the show scales.
- Schedule:
We stream during market hours (timezone-dependent). London Session: 2:30AM–4:00AM EST;
New York AM: 8:00AM–12:00PM EST;
New York PM: 2:00PM–4:00PM EST;
Monday through Friday. - The London session OR the New York PM session will be run by the host of that stream; you’ll help them set up and ensure they can run things consistently using the systems you build. You’re not required to be present for all three sessions.
- As the show grows, build repeatable processes and playbooks to support a second producer and coverage for holidays.
- Build the production: design the workflow from “nothing” to a live, polished show; choose the tools (OBS, vMix, Stream Yard, or preferred option); set up the greenroom system for guests; work with graphics on overlays, transitions, and visuals; create repeatable processes.
- Run the show: be live for every session with scene switches, overlays, transitions, and timing; manage the greenroom and guest on/off screen; troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Guest prep: run tech checks with guests before they go live; walk regular guests through how the show works; create a guide for one-time guests and ensure readiness.
- Post-show: ensure the live uploads to You Tube are correct; understand that clips and highlights will be added later as scaling occurs.
- You're a good fit if you’ve produced live streams or broadcasts before and actually run production, not just hit “go live.”
- You've built a production setup from scratch, or you're itching to.
- You're calm under pressure and handle on-air issues without panic.
- You're organized and proactive, preferring to prep everything so show days run smoothly.
- You can work the schedule; this is non-negotiable.
- You communicate clearly; we don’t chase for updates.
- You're comfortable building systems, not just following them.
