• Actively engage with players on the Discord server across various topics and live sports moments
• Respond promptly to player inquiries, serving as a trusted point of contact
• Develop and implement community-focused campaigns such as giveaways and live chats
• Monitor player sentiment and behavior to provide insights for product improvement
• Advocate for the community's voice within the company while maintaining brand standards

• At least 1 year of experience in building, moderating, or supporting digital communities, preferably related to sports or gaming
• Familiarity with Discord, including moderation tools and engagement features
• Strong written communication skills, adaptable to various tones and contexts
• Proactive and solutions-focused with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Understanding of Sports book or Daily Fantasy Sports products and betting terminology

• Experience moderating high-volume communities or social platforms during live events
• Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and customer safety
