User Acquisition Manager; Remote

Overview

Cash Cow is a performance-driven platform operating at scale, driving hundreds of thousands of users monthly into rewarded gaming and app experiences. We focus on high-intent users, deep in-app progression, and monetization efficiency, leveraging data, automation, and creative excellence.

• Own end-to-end user acquisition strategy and execution across Google (UAC), DSPs:
  App Lovin, Moloco, Mintegral, and Social:
  Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok.
• Manage and scale large UA budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, retention, and in-app progression.
• Work closely with MMPs (Apps Flyer / Adjust / Singular) to ensure correct tracking, attribution, and event mapping; analyze cohort performance and optimize based on downstream KPIs.
• Lead creative strategy and optimization:
  Brief, test, analyze, and iterate on video, playable, and static creatives; build creative testing frameworks by geo, audience, and network.
• Collaborate with product, monetization, and BI teams to align UA with business goals.
• Identify scaling opportunities, new channels, and emerging ad formats.
• Stay on top of industry trends in mobile gaming, rewarded traffic, and ad tech.

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience
• Proven experience managing Google UAC and DSPs such as:
• Experience with Meta & Tik Tok Ads
• Deep understanding of MMPs and attribution models
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience with creative optimization at scale
• Gaming experience – strongly preferred (mobile games, rewarded traffic, or gaming UA)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

• Experience with rewarded or incentivized traffic
• Knowledge of SKAN / Privacy Sandbox / post-IDFA optimization
• Experience scaling UA in high-volume environments

This is a fully remote position. Preference will be given to candidates based in Poland
