HVAC Warranty Claims Coordinator

• Submit eligible claims on various vendor portals while adhering to vendor rules and timelines
• Issue customer credit memos and debits as needed in Trilogie
• Achieve daily and monthly submission goals for warranty claims
• Research and resolve any claim-related issues through effective communication
• Assist branches and customers with part returns and reconciliation of vendor payments and discrepancies

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capacity to manage multiple vendor lines and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Must be able to work independently and handle interactions with internal associates, external customers, and vendors

• Experience in warranty claims processing or a related operational role
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and equipment vendors
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience working in a remote environment
