We’re looking for a Social Lead to build and lead Brookhaven’s social ecosystem — defining how the world of Brookhaven lives across social platforms, creators, and community.
This role sets the tone, humor, characters, and storytelling style for Brookhaven on Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging platforms. You will run and evolve The Brookhaven Daily, develop new formats that make the world feel alive, and translate player creativity into culture.
The ideal candidate blends the instincts of a show runner, the creativity and speed of a social-native creator, and the strategic lens of a franchise builder.
What You’ll Do Strategy & VisionDefine the social vision for Brookhaven as a core pillar of franchise development
Translate Brookhaven’s world building, characters, and lore into social-first storytelling
Identify cultural moments, trends, and audience behaviors that inform what we create and when
Partner with game and franchise teams to ensure social + in-game storytelling feel connected and consistent
Oversee The Brookhaven Daily: creative direction, cadence, character usage, formats, and evolution
Build new social series that expand the Brookhaven universe, examples may include character-driven formats, comedic town updates, lore teases
Develop a content pipeline built for both speed and quality across You Tube and Tik Tok
Ensure characters, tone, and world logic stay consistent and become iconic
Identify, nurture, and manage key Roblox and UGC creators who shape Brookhaven culture
Build a tiered creator program that includes incentives, challenges, early access, and co-creation opportunities
Partner with creators to test iconic character and world elements before they scale
Ensure creators are part of the franchise development pipeline — not just amplification
Lead a small team of community managers to represent Brookhaven’s voice in real time
Develop the conversational tone of Brookhaven across platforms — witty, playful, grounded in the world
Drive feedback loops that bring player insights directly into game, character, and content development
Ensure Brookhaven feels like a “town square” — a place to connect, belong and be creative
Set KPIs across engagement, audience growth, character affinity, and creator participation.
Analyze performance data and adjust tone, formats, and scheduling to maximize impact.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that help the broader team understand what’s resonating.
Identify opportunities to scale successful formats into bigger initiatives (e.g., live events, recurring arcs, collabs).
A culture-first storyteller with deep experience in youth audiences, fandom, and digital worlds
3-7 years in social, content, or digital brand leadership — ideally in gaming, entertainment, or creator ecosystems.
Expert in Tik Tok and You Tube, with fluency in Roblox culture and UGC-driven communities
Strong creative instincts and the operational discipline to run a fast-moving content machine
Able to toggle between high-level franchise thinking and scrappy, real-time content production
