To support the growth of Stargaze TV in Poland
, we are looking for a Programming Executive (part-time) to take ownership of the channel’s day-to-day programming and scheduling operations.

• Act as the day-to-day owner of Stargaze TV’s programming operations
• Manage the full programming workflow in the TIVIO admin system
• Ensure the channel delivers a coherent, high-quality linear TV experience

• Define what airs, when, and for which audience, based on the target viewer profile and available creator formats
• Build and maintain the daily and hourly programme grid, including premieres and repeats
• Ensure smooth rotation and logical flow across the schedule

• Plan and manage internal promos
• Ensure continuity elements connect the schedule into a consistent channel experience
• Support visibility of key creators and formats through smart autopromo placement

• Verify rights, age ratings, descriptors, and metadata accuracy before schedule lock
• Ensure compliance with EPG standards, operator requirements, and regulatory rules
• Run ongoing compliance checks as part of daily work

• Prepare regular performance reports (reach, viewing patterns, rotation effectiveness)
• Analyse data and identify optimisation opportunities
• Adjust scheduling and content balance based on insights

• TV Programming
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven experience in TV programming and/or scheduling
• Operational Confidence: Able to manage programming operations hands‑on, from planning and scheduling through to optimisation
• Strong Channel Logic: Solid understanding of linear TV workflows and channel structure
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with performance data and insights
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Fluent in Polish and comfortable working in English
• Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working with international teams while acting independently in a local market
• Availability: Part‑time availability (approx.3 hours per day
  )
