Tennessee Associate Commercial Title Examiner; Remote

• Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for orders requiring a limited level of expertise
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation based on procedural guidelines
• Abstract records for residential properties as needed
• Assist with routine projects under the guidance of experienced team members
• Complete other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level experience in title or related real estate preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Proficient research and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation

• Previous experience in title examination or related real estate fields
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
