Job Specification

The Role

The Ticketing Manager will manage full‑service ticketing operations for the Festival, including managing ticket sales, CRM functions, customer service, financial reporting and staff recruitment. The role requires:

  • Detailed knowledge of ticketing/CRM software in a high‑volume box office environment.
  • Recruitment, induction and training of seasonal ticketing staff.
  • High‑standard customer service across all sales channels.
Job Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Manage public‑facing ticket sales, exchanges and refunds across all channels.
  • Liaise with festival venues to keep accessibility information, seating plans and transport routes up to date.
  • Manage holds and allocations for internal and external stakeholder requests (artists, donors, press, sponsors and VIPs).
  • Develop and apply discount codes, offers and promotional codes, maintaining attribution for ROI analysis.
  • Report on revenue and attendance figures, reconcile daily sales and manage settlement of ticket sales for all events.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and monitor data quality.
  • Contribute مستقبل continuous improvement of CRM and Feedback initiatives.
  • Lead the recruitment, induction and training of a seasonal box‑office team (4–8 staff rising to 25 at peak).
  • Support and train front‑of‑house teams at partner venues for customer attendance reports and access requirements.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints within agreed timescales.
  • Support and deputise for the Head of Ticketing & Audience Experience as required.

Work hours:

35 h/week within 9:30‑17:30, Monday‑Friday. Peak festival periods may require outside standard hours and weekends; total hours will not exceed the working‑time directive.
