The Associate Lead 3D Artist ensures consistent, high-quality environments by overseeing 3D asset creation, reviewing work in both DCC tools and Unity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet the game’s artistic and technical standards. The role supports planning, provides clear feedback, helps resolve production risks, guides new team members, and contributes to improving pipelines and best practices.

• Works closely with the Art Director and Lead 3D Artist to keep quality and style consistent across all environments.
• Check in Unity and in-game to make sure all artwork matches the quality bar.
• Work with the Art Producer to prioritize and plan the project’s 3D needs.
• Collaborate with the technical artist and other artists to create assets that match our gameplay vision.
• Provide sanity check task estimates and scope.
• Review the 3D team’s output both in 3D DCC and in Unity, giving constructive feedback.
• Track tasks in Jira and other project tracking software.
• Work to highlight and mitigate any issues that put the project at risk.
• Guide new joiners to be able to adapt quickly to our pipeline & processes.
• Documented best practices and improved the pipeline with Lead for better and more efficient processes.

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience as an Environment 3D Artist and 1 year of experience as a Lead Artist in the gaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
• Proficient in Blender and good understanding of Unity.
  
  Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Proven abilities in optimized 3D asset creation.
• A passion and understanding of world-building and matching art direction.
• A strong understanding of shape, form, and composition.
