- Coordinate customized temporary housing solutions for displaced policyholders
- Serve as a key point of contact for policyholders during their relocation
- Conduct detailed market research to locate viable housing options
- Negotiate lease terms and secure short‑term rentals under time‑sensitive circumstances
- Maintain accurate data in housing databases and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
- Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real‑estate strongly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle multiple claims and assignments with professionalism and urgency
- Experience with housing market trends and landlord regulations
- Familiarity with insurance housing best practices
- Proven ability to provide high‑touch service to clients
- Background in real‑estate or corporate lodging
- Experience working with VIP clientele
