** ARCA Menards Series**.THIS IS A FIELD/REMOTE POSITION THAT TRAVELS TO RACE EVENTS ACROSS THE U.S.The
** Part Time Official, ARCA Menards Series
** position will officiate race events by directing competitors on the proper procedures for credentialing, participation in practice, qualifying and the race.
** Duties include but are not limited to:
*** Implement and apply the appropriate pit road and race procedures in a consistent, timely and professional manner.
* Establish and maintain proper communications with the assigned crew chief(s) and / or Race Control as required.
* Properly execute and confirm any directive from Race Control.
* Responsible for securing equipment (e.g. binoculars, watch, flags, radios) for duties assigned and for performing routine checks on same.
** Required Skills and Experience
*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficient in all Company software and hardware.
* Valid Driver License
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
* Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with the race schedule and event calendar.
* Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to fulfilling assigned shifts and responsibilities according to the race schedule and event calendar.
* Approximate travel: 90%
