- Serve as a key point of contact for policyholders, ensuring clear communication and empathetic support
- Conduct detailed market research to locate viable housing options for clients
- Negotiate lease terms and secure housing that aligns with policy coverage and client expectations
- Maintain accurate data in housing databases and ensure compliance with lease agreements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
- Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate strongly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments with professionalism and urgency
- Experience in the insurance or temporary housing industry
- Familiarity with market research and vendor collaboration
- Knowledge of local rental trends and landlord regulations
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
