What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Coordinate customized temporary housing solutions for displaced policyholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve as a key point of contact for policyholders, ensuring clear communication and empathetic support
  • Conduct detailed market research to locate viable housing options for clients
  • Negotiate lease terms and secure housing that aligns with policy coverage and client expectations
  • Maintain accurate data in housing databases and ensure compliance with lease agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
  • Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with professionalism and urgency

  • Experience in the insurance or temporary housing industry
  • Familiarity with market research and vendor collaboration
  • Knowledge of local rental trends and landlord regulations
