The Role:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and lead affiliate operations in the assigned regions
- Manage a team of affiliate managers or bring your own team
- Recruit and grow networks of webmasters and local agents
- Develop partnerships with payment agents (Wallet Agent, Mobcash Agents)
- Monitor and optimize traffic performance and KPIs
- Drive consistent results and motivate your team
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in iGaming/betting verticals, preferably in:
Melbet, Linebet, 1xBet, Betwinner or similar companies - Deep understanding of the MENA, South Asia, and West Africa regions
- Hands-on experience with Wallet Agent / Mobcash Agents
- Strong affiliate portfolio or the ability to bring in traffic
- A proactive, self-driven, result-oriented mindset
