Position: Vendor Management Coordinator (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage compliance processes and documentation for all vendors
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the standard vendor onboarding process, including processing applications and contracts
  • Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide coaching to vendors
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2-5 years of related title experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills to effectively partner with vendors and customers
  • Experience in residential and commercial title, including title examination
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Negotiation skills to manage customer needs when interacting with vendors
  • Knowledge of products, state regulations, and guidelines
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions within defined procedures
  • Experience prioritizing workload and handling multiple tasks effectively
