Position: D2D Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate individual to join our team as a Day to Day Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced artist managers and gain valuable hands‑on experience in the music industry.

Full Time Office-based job in Los Angeles, CA, USA at Artist/Label Services

• Assist artist managers with planning and implementing music campaigns, including global release schedules, promotions, social media plans, press, and touring.
• Create and maintain key internal and external documents, such as decks and one-sheets.
• Manage international schedules across multiple time zones, including promo schedules, travel bookings, visa facilitation, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third parties, filtering information and facilitating communication between artists, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate artist's daily schedules and ensure efficient communication and information flow.
• Create and maintain budgets for artist activities.
• Schedule high volumes of calls, Zoom meetings, and conference calls between multiple parties in different time zones.
• Advance shows and put together travel itineraries, liaising with travel agents and booking agents.
• Update artist websites and social media regularly.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an assistant or day‑to‑day role within music management
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A clear understanding of the Global touring business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for music and a desire to work in the music industry
• Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
• Must have a car and valid driver’s license.

Salary: $75,000 - 90,000 annually Seniority: Mid-Level
