• Answer calls from dealerships and employees to assist with auto parts information
• Provide directions to parts warehouse locations and locate parts in an online catalog
• Place part orders and identify corrections to auto parts catalogs
• Research and learn new auto parts to stay updated on industry developments
• Offer accurate solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude

• One or more years of experience in an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding knowledge of car and auto parts
• Computer navigation skills and ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Must be available to work shifts Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time

• Passion for research and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with customer service in a related field
