This remote role involves managing installation projects through communication with customers, service providers, and stores. You will handle calls, coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions to ensure smooth project execution, emphasizing problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer calls from customers, service providers, and stores to support installation jobs.
- Make outbound calls to provide updates or gather information.
- Verify project scope and expectations with customers and providers.
- Ensure scheduling within SLA and confirm with customers.
- Coordinate product delivery with stores and customers.
- Upload compliance documents related to permits and safety practices.
- Manage post-project Work Order issues, including costs and chargebacks.
- Document all interactions accurately in relevant systems.
- Practice active listening to enhance customer experience and team collaboration.
- Follow defined processes and provide feedback for improvements.
- Achieve goals and complete tasks on time.
- Build relationships through organized communication and feedback.
- Adapt to evolving processes and participate in training and meetings.
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in project coordination, remodeling, or construction industry
- Experience in project management and contact center environments
